Prices are quoted in euros: payment is only accepted in this quoted currency.

Notes to te Rental Rates :
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking (bank transfer). 

The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Fully refundable deposit  €500.

Arrival :  usually after 5pm (flexible)
Departure : usually before 11 a.m. (flexible)

Smoking not permitted. Pets not allowed.

Included : the rental includes reception, hotline during the stay, water, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels, leaving the premises, final cleaning, tourist tax.

Cancellation policy:100% will be refunded in case you cancel 8 weeks prior to arrival.Afterwards you will be refunded insofar as we can re-rent for the same period.
